Professional service and timely delivery

I am pretty satisfied with most of the service provided by the agency. The only small hiccup I experience was during the handover from the builder . The agency failed to inform me about the status of the snag defects of my property before it gets rented out.

Efficient, professional and friendly service from the LIFE lettings service

In my dealings with Wilmari, she was friendly, professional and efficient. She answered my questions promptly. A great example to others! My only suggestion to improve would be for the lettings service to provide a more integrated/seamless service with the management service LIFE provide.

Property review

Overall great experience with Edward. The thing is I need to keep following up for each every steps right from viewing of my property and expectation was to get the response proactively. As I was not receiving response I had to give up on one of property in Trident itself on 5th Floor.
