Excellent service and very professional

Daniella Stewart - Property Manager

Although we've found everyone at Life Residential to be highly professional, our day to day dealings in the main are with Property Manager; Daniella Stewart who we feel blessed to have looking after us & our properties. Nothing is too much trouble for Daniella who always responds quickly & concisely & manages to always sort everything out. She is a credit to Life & the profession.

Excellent Service

Mr Kenneth XU is a very thoughtful and kind person.He had done his work very professionally, and effectively for us when we left the property.I sincerely appreciated his great help and brilliant attitude for any queries we had. We would like to say a big thank you to him though it was a while ago. The experience we had with Mr Xu from Life residential had been the best ever one in all of my renting experience. I highly recommend you to any of my friend who need to rent or let a property.

Not like other letting agents

I've had Gabriella as the property manager for an apartment a friend and myself rented for a couple of years and recently moved out. She was very helpful in handling any questions I may of had and as there were some deductions in the deposit, she was very fair in ensuring we didn't overpay. I've had issues like this in the past and was left feeling unfairly charged, none of this feeling with Gabriella. Would definitely recommend Gabriella and :Life Residential!
