Effective, resourceful, helpful

Nazia is the property manager of the flat we were previously renting. She came for a property visit once and we gave her a number of things we wanted done / fixed. Nazia took all our requests seriously, got in touch with the landlord, kept us updated. There were some things we couldn't agree with the landlord. This is where normally most property managers would leave matters but Nazia went out of her way to help us fix them regardless. I think both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and are grateful for the assistance she provided.
