Michelle aka Shelly Galea

As Landlords, my husband & I have had the pleasure of dealing with Shelly who has looked after the day to day management of our current tenancy & we are understandably delighted to know she will continue to look after us when our new tenants move in. Shelly always responds speedily to our communications and successfully resolves matters in a timely manner, whilst at all times keeping us in the loop. All of which is wrapped up in a very genuine friendly manner, so much so that we are made to feel we are the only Landlords she is looking after yet of course we know in reality we are only one of many, but somehow Shelly manages to make us feel special. A rare talent & one to be commended. More Letting/Managing Agents could learn a lot from having people like Shelly in their employ. Well done Shelly & well done LIFE.
