He is brilliant and understand your needs, thinks standing in your shoes,

He is always there to answer your questions and find insightful solutions. First time I met him I found him approachable and really knows the market and if he says he will come back to you, he does and very promptly. I trust him looking after my properties investment.

Very professional and friendly, helpful staff.

I am very happy with the service I received from Eduardo and First Residential. Eduardo is friendly and courteous, always helpful with any queries I had. Eduardo kept me informed of all developments in the process of renting my flat quickly by phone calls and email. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick Eduardo found suitable tenants for my property. I would highly recommend Eduardo and First Residential to all landlords and tenants.

Life residential

Eduard was excellent in explaining the procedure and found a suitable tenant quickly. He was easy to get hold of and returned calls and messages promptly.. I have no hesitation in recommending Life residential and especially Eduard.

A helping hand you can count with in a time of distress

I've rarely spoken with Genevieve prior to a severe plumbing incident I had in my apartment. Nevertheless, when the time came, she was nothing short of spectacular. Ready available, concerned about my family wellbeing and always expediting everything she could to make sure things went back to normal quickly and swiftly.
