Exceptional customer service

Tonte has been recently allocated to my property in the last couple of months. I've been renting for the last 4/5 years and he has been a pleasant surprise. Tonte has been extremely responsive and has always ensured matters are dealt with ASAP. Most importantly If the matter cannot be resolved quickly Tonte ensures that we are always kept well informed and are updated as and when he receives information, something many other in his line of work fail to deliver on. All in all great customer service and can only hope more estate agents/property managers were like him.
