Good agent

"I had so many troubles with my flat. Things just break. She was extremely patient and helpful with every single step! Very professional and very fast replies too. 10/10 would have trouble and find her again!"

Briliant efficient and friendly service!

I just wanted to write a short review for Saira Chaudhary. Saira has been looking after our flat at Romney House, Marsham Street for while now, and she always sorts out any problems efficiently and quickly. If there is something that needs replacing, she gets me two quotes and then it is all done very smoothly. She is friendly and polite and when anything is a problem, she is calm and helpful. What a credit to your company!

efficient, kind, reliable

I had Roseanne as property manager for about 1 month. Currently, as landlord, I am very satisfied with her level of professionalism and efficiency. She has chased all utilities to ensure change of details as I requested.in an efficient manner. Looking forward to continuing dealing with her..

More than just an agent!

I met Lord having recently moved abroad for work purposes, and was staying at a hotel that initially my work had paid for but the period of 21 days had ended and I was still on house hunt. Now the hotel was costing me money and I really needed to move ASAP. I enquired on Zoopla and Lord was the first agent to ring my phone, in a matter of minutes. I viewed that night, and not only was Lord wholly professional with timing (the amount of times an agent have arrived late to viewings is beyond me! I begun to think it was standard practice here in the UK), but he was very prescriptive in what would be needed to rent the property, especially with the references. He also showed me around the area, to see the lake, the waterfall feature and walked me back to Hanger Lane station whilst pointing out and explaining the area, amenities and convenience store. IT was like having a personal tour guide! In a matter of 4 days I was moved into the apartment at Bodiam Court, and Lord has even kept up to date with me to check on how my stay in going. I could not recommend a better agent anywhere on this globe, and I have lived in some of the biggest cities on the globe. I would highly recommend Lord for anyone looking for an apartment, and anyone looking for, dear I say it, a friend!
