Lukasz - an excellent property manager!

Lukasz is an excellent agent. From day one he's been highly responsive to my queries. He always goes the extra mile to sort out any issues I have with the property and always sends me a holding email when he's waiting for a reply from another party which makes me feel he hasn't forgotten about the issue! He's nice and highly reliable. The best contact I've had at LIFE Residential!!!!

deposit return

I have waited over a year for this deposit to be returned after being pushed through to the terrible overflow system I was informed when i rang up that my property manager had changed. Nazia was able to straight away action any necessary steps and I was very happy with her service and professional attitude to the matter . Thank you nazia

Great experience

It's been a pleasure communicating with Tonte. He always try his best to understand and answer my questions. He has been working patiently and efficiently. Great reactivity

Roseanne has recently become our property manager. Within a few days, she's managed to fix issues we've had with the apartment for the previous three months due to poor reactivity from our previous property manager. Roseanne is very reactive in terms of answering emails but also in making things move. Very happy to have her as our new property manager.

Very helpful, supportive and always quick to attend to emails/questions/enquiries.

Lukasz has been a wonderul agent. He never fails to reply to emails as quickly as he can. He is always prompt which has been so helpful when dealing with any of my enquiries.
