Lord is one of the quickiest agents in replying me for the message I left through rightmove. Due to personal arrangement conflict, Lord helped us to view the property twice so we can made our final decision. During the process for documentation; Lord was patient and well-organized to guide us the whole process steps by steps. Also, he is more like a friend rather than a serious agent; always helped with us even he sprained his ankle. The reason why we chose this property 50% of reason is about him. Went the extra mile to get something done

Sometimes I have requirements that are not standard procedure, in this example I required a signed letter from my landlord stating that the apartment was large enough to house a second person. I know that non standard procedure tasks are harder to complete, simply because they're not procedure, and out of experience I know it takes initiative to figure out what needs doing and what needs to be solved to get the task done. I understand that in my particular case it was much more than just a letter, a deeper dive into the rental agreement, property analysis and even legal due diligence was all part of this task, even before requesting cooperation from the landlord. Not only was this task completed without hindrance but the task and responsibility itself was voluntarily taken on by Bharti who had noticed that I was having a little trouble with the matter. Incredible job! Always impressed to be in contact with the people that get stuff done.
