Leanne delt with our purchase of our first family, she was lovely & can't thank them enough for securing our beautiful home! The only criticism is that as first time buyers we felt like we was out the loot, although I believe that Leanne & mortimers wasn't at fault, I believe there's was a few issues with the chain. A little bit more communication would been nice. But thank you again for helping our little dream!!PositiveProfessionalism

recently viewed a house put in an offer did not get it fair enough i was called back told it is back for sale ok so put in offer told there is some more viewings will let me know called me back thay will cancel rest of viewings if i can give them proof of deposit mortgage and my i d so i did all that told me it was mine called the next day and said some one else has looked at the house and sold it to them i feel thay just used me .

Absolute shambles. When you do give a review, you then get harassed by Matthew at the Accrington Branch at 20.07 pm on WhatsApp, till the following day, trying to justify what happened. I think this behaviour is absolutely disgusting, and then they wonder why they get 1 star. I haven't posted the messages on here; they are for his head offices eyes at Ryder and Dutton.

Poor customer service Put a offer in on a house but never got any communication from Leanne after I was outbid even to up my price Kept on saying she would ring me back but never did , clearly favoutism goes on here Would not use Mortimer's or recommend them _ very poor Was in a position to buy unlike your reply says , we were cash buyers and have already sold which you knew about so please get your facts correct Leanne knew we were cash buyers and still never replied to my callsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
