Thanks to Mortimers had a smooth and successful house sale in Great Harwood. The sale started off with the then Great Harwood office but then transferred smoothly to the Accrington office. The surprise departure of my original contact and the closure of he local office without forewarning is the reason for not giving 5 stars. Chris took over and kept me informed throughout and was very good at showing prospective buyers around and gaining and sharing feedback.

I sold my late mothers' house with Mortimers Accrington Branch in July 2022. I found the service they provided to be professional and generally very competent. The marketing of the house was done to a high standard and the house achieved a good price.I was kept up to date with viewings and feedback from viewers. Mortimers staff conducted the viewings which was very helpful , they also performed weekly checks on the empty house whilst I was abroad for several months. I found the staff to be helpful and approachable and would use them again should I require the services of Estate Agents in the future.

Matt, Waol and the team were extremely helpful throughout. The only regret was using a company called Via Removals, who were recommended by someone at Mortimers.
