Fantastic service from Waol and the sales team

I have sold my property through mortimers this year and I would just like to mention Chloe. She has gone above and beyond her role, keeping me in the loop and up to date. I recieved weekly email updates from her and she answered all my queries and emails on the same day. She has chased my buyers and my onward and nothing has been too big of an ask. Chloe deserves a gold star because she has honestly been amazing and we can't thank her enough for her wonderful and consistent communication throughout the process! Thank you Chloe.

We have just sold our house through Mortimers in Accrington. They have looked after us extremely well, right through from taking our initial instructions,ensuring excellent photography and then of course the whole sales process. All the staff have been great, especially Chloe who was our sales negotiator, always keeping us informed and very helpful at all times.

James, Chloe and the rest of the staff at Mortimers Accrington have been fantastic throughout what has been a difficult period resolving probate and dealing with our late mothers property. After the initial buyer pulled out just before Xmas they quickly organised viewings and we received another offer within 48 hrs, in what is an increasingly difficult marketplace. James always had time to speak and arrange additional services associated with the removal of goods etc (given I live 250 miles away). Thanks again!

As a First time buyer, I was very nervous the team at Mortimers were phenomenal went above & beyond to meet my expectations. My first initial meeting/viewing was with Tom questions were answered with a warm welcome personality, Chris helped me with gathering paperwork nothing was to much, communication then proceeded with Chloe & Waol who kept me fully up to date with decisions from the sellers with full courtesy, reassuring me through the process and guiding me towards solicitors.
