We, unfortunately were in a chain of four and having numerous problems with the bottom of the chain due to them using an internet based conveyor. James at Mortimers Accrington was an absolute gem, he kept us in touch the moment the problems started and chased all involved on a daily basis. If you want someone to diligently follow up, communicate clearly and frequently - she is the one! She has been excellent in keeping all parties in sync and pushing solicitors for updates. I just bought a home through Mortimers and I could not have asked for a better estate agent to have gone with during this entire process, even with a few unfortunate setbacks that were no one's fault. This is largely in part to my sales negotiator, Chloe at the Accrington branch, being an absolute star who has gone above and beyond in keeping me in the loop every step of the way while also going out of her way to explain aspects to the process to me that I was unfamiliar with due to it being a first time buyer. She has been amazing; wonderful to talk to, incredibly involved and communicative, which had helped make any issues that cropped up less daunting and stressful and I couldn't be more appreciative of it if I tried. I've very recently purchased a house through Mortimers and what can I say apart from: what excellent service!! By far the best in the game! The team have been so warm, professional, friendly and only had my best interests at heart on my recent property purchase in the accrington area.
