As a First time buyer, I was very nervous the team at Mortimers were phenomenal went above & beyond to meet my expectations. My first initial meeting/viewing was with Tom questions were answered with a warm welcome personality, Chris helped me with gathering paperwork nothing was to much, communication then proceeded with Chloe & Waol who kept me fully up to date with decisions from the sellers with full courtesy, reassuring me through the process and guiding me towards solicitors. As a first time buyer I was extremely anxious, but knowing Waol & Chloe were on the other end of the phone/email with prompt replies, ready at all times to answer my questions made the process smoother. My concerns were listened to, actioned immediately and Constance reassurance made we feel like it would be ok. I couldn’t have done it with your support. Throughout the process I was fully supported with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and empathy I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! We, unfortunately were in a chain of four and having numerous problems with the bottom of the chain due to them using an internet based conveyor. James at Mortimers Accrington was an absolute gem, he kept us in touch the moment the problems started and chased all involved on a daily basis. Despite our frustration and stress all was eventually sorted and we couldn’t thank James enough.
