Wow! How refreshing to get an estate agent that does what they say they're going to do. In particular Waol who has handled both my sale and purchase in a professional yet friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept me updated throughout. Although I dealt with Waol, everyone in the Accrington branch was knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly where the sale and purchase was at whenever I phoned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mortimer's and would definitely use them again (hopefully I won't be moving for a good while though).

I have recently completed on the purchase of an apartment through Mortimers Accrington. Everyone we have dealt with at the Accrington Branch has been fantastic to work with. Chloe Jenkinson was my main contact and managed the whole project from start to finish. Chloe is the most helpful, professional, efficient agent you could hope to deal with. She went more than the "extra mile" to ensure we had a trouble free smooth experience. Her involvement in chasing solicitors, on both sides, made a significant difference to the completion date. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe's ability to make things happen. If you are looking to buy or sell and want a hassle free experience then you need look no further than Mortimers.

From the top I have to give James Barnes, Chloe Jenkinson and Mortimers Estate Agents the full 10/10. I have a number of properties in the East Lancs area but this is the first time I have used Mortimers. I dealt for the majority of this sale with James, and then nearer the end also with Chloe and have to say with hand on my heart that I was completely blown away by the level of service provided. James was obviously motivated to support his client (the seller) and he did this really impressively throughout (so much so that I earmarked him as the person I would like to sell my properties in this area in future sales). However, as the buyer (and a buyer who had had two sales of his own fall through) James showed real patience, and in turn provided me with constant support and guidance to throughout what would have otherwise been a very tricky sale. Without his input there is a fair probability that the sale would have fell through. Apart from the 101 conversations on the phone with James or Chloe there was also a really positive, friendly but productive energy in the office whenever I visited. These small details left the impression of a really well run business staffed with excellent people. I fully recommend!!

From the start with Mathew and right through to the purchase of the property with Chloe, we cannot praise them enough, Chloe especially. We had a lot of stumbling blocks all the way through, but Chloe stuck with it everyday she was on the phone trying to sort things out and we got there in the end, thanks to all at Mortimers, highly recommended.
