I would stay away. After viewing a place and waiting for 10 days to get a response from the landlord, I was told the landlord finally accepted and it was time to pay the deposit and secure the property. which I did and after canceling all my other applications for different properties, after two days I received a call that the landlord wanted to go with a different person because he paid more. I don't understand how the landlord got the offer while I paid a deposit to secure the property as they told me. I think they don't honor their customers or care about wasting your time. I find it weird that all the reviews are positive I would ask Google to check and verify those reviews. Overall horrible experience.

In this particular instance it's unfortunate that a tenant able to commit to the rental for the longer term was a preferred applicant at the late stage. Beware tell lies and make excuses for everything they are NEVER wrong you are ALLWAYS wrong when the logic of business is the customer's always right 1 star is far too much for them

I woulnd't recommend them at all. very slow at dealing with issues and customer service leaves alot to be desired

I won't even hesitate to give this 0 star. Wasted my time doing the online cv and bothering my employer to write a reference. I don't know how to feel if I'm getting discriminated considering I have an excellent credit rating. What's the point completing the Rental cv when you don't want to send a request to access on it? I even went to your office in Larbert to hand a written email address to make sure to give you a right one but waited for nothing. Went to O'Malley, no hassle and very helpful and arranged a viewing no problem.

We often have over 20 applications to rent a home - most with excellent credit files - and we assess each individual based on a number of factors, to help determine which application would be the most suitable for the property. Do both members of staff need to take lunch at the same time closing the office again a time when most house sales go? I don't think so. Still waiting for them to come and pick up their for sale sign after nearly 3 weeks. I have also called to ask for it to be picked up.

Historically it's proven that the demands of the service we provide can mean our advisers don't receive a lunch break if the office is open - with advisers on the phone and others helping people in the office - and we have to ensure we're being fair to employees, consequently the decision to close for 30 minutes at lunch was taken.
