Our experience of viewing a property and putting in an application has been efficient, informed and friendly. Elly has gone out of her way to accommodate meeting us at times convenient to us and this is an agency which is open and clear about the fees it charges.

There is no one better to sell your home!!! Sarah Neil is an absolute star! We cannot thank her enough for being such a support and help during our house sale and subsequent move. We found her to be very friendly, down to earth, open and honest at all times. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that the stress of moving was at a minimum. We have very much valued her care and attention at each stage. Her expertise and trustworthiness from day one has been outstanding and we were confident that everything was in hand because of the regular communication we received. We searched for a good estate agent and did our research. Our biggest regret.....We should have just gone straight with Sarah in the first place rather than waste our time with her competitors!! We have and will continue to recommend Ewe move, York to family & friends because there is no one better to sell your house!!!

Elli and her team at EweMove York have handled the renting of my house in York. I am very impressed with the way they quickly found suitable tenants and their after care, reports, regular updates. For me, one of the most important things is their quick replies to my emails, and she and her team always reply promptly, often within 15-20 min. I strongly recommend EweMove York for people who are planning to rent their property.

Born and bred here, Elly has called York home all her life. As for Jonathan I think you’d say he’s officially an adopted Yorkshireman now having lived here for 15 years. We've enjoyed successful careers running retail branches for two of the largest UK retailers, in 2014 and following the arrival of our daughter Grace, we chose that time to join EweMove and looking back it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Is there a better city to live and work in than York? We may be biased but we feel really privileged to be estate agents in York and just love living here. Are we property people? Yes of course, to a degree but being an Estate Agent isn’t just about property. I think we’d say, above all else we’re people people. The joy in being an Estate and Letting Agent is about helping people through the process, which often has a variety of circumstances attached. Guiding and hand holding clients through this process and being there for them all the way is where the real magic is.
