After speaking to Jonathan months before we decided to market the house we knew Ewe Move were going to be the perfect estate agents to support us through a stressful time. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was more than happy to explain things I didn’t understand. Jonathan photographed the house, and marketed online with our approval and we sold within 2 days!! I feel Ewe Move give the personal touch and never too busy to answer any questions or concerns. Jon and Elly at EweMove Estate Agents in York are fantastic. They helped us move to our dream house, during a global pandemic! The communication and care from Jon was brilliant, right through from the valuation of our house to completion on our new home. We had several offers withdrawn throughout the process, due to lockdown and the pandemic, but Jon never lost hope or his cool. MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVERI have seen and tried different strategies and methods even lost alot of money while trying. Hi we’re Jonathan & Elly, Thanks so much for choosing to start your moving journey with EweMove Estate Agents in York. We’re really excited to tell you a little more about us. Born and bred here, Elly has called York home all her life. As for Jonathan I think you’d say he’s officially an adopted Yorkshireman now having lived here for 15 years. We've enjoyed successful careers running retail branches for two of the largest UK retailers, in 2014 and following the arrival of our daughter Grace, we chose that time to join EweMove and looking back it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Is there a better city to live and work in than York? We may be biased but we feel really privileged to be estate agents in York and just love living here. Are we property people? Yes of course, to a degree but being an Estate Agent isn’t just about property. I think we’d say, above all else we’re people people. The joy in being an Estate and Letting Agent is about helping people through the process, which often has a variety of circumstances attached. Guiding and hand holding clients through this process and being there for them all the way is where the real magic is. Fast forward eight years to now and we’ve built a highly respected local business with a team around us who share our values and work ethic.
