having just moved I would recommend ewemove estate agent york. Jonathan Dawson was very supportive during the sales period even though they were the agent for the other party. He was very helpful in the last week of the move when it looked like it was not going to happen. Jonathan was very envolved in helping us to identify the problem with the chain which is more than could be said of our estate agent Bagshaws of Ashbourne who did very little for their fees and were not supportive at all.

We have been undecided for a while now whether to sell our property or stay put. Katie was really informative, approachable and friendly, when I contacted her to discuss our options. She was extremely responsive and really good local knowledge on our current area and the area we are considering moving too. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic group of people!! They were very helpful with arranging our move and quick to sort out any issues we had. They paid attention to the small details, things like keeping us up-to-date with the referencing process etc. and even left a "New Home" package with the essentials in for us! As tenants, we'd highly recommend using them!

All I can really say is my house move wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Kirsty and EweMove. Its fair to say Kirsty went above and beyond, from the initial viewing of the property to completion. When I was close to throwing the towel in after a series of complications, Kirsty came to the rescue and got things back on track, for which I will be forever grateful. Even though we had a lengthy process due to some delays further down the chain Jodi was always on hand to take our calls, and really did go that extra mile to ensure the whole journey from start to completion was as pain free as possible. She seemed to have all the answers, really connecting with the seller and house (completely the opposite to what we’ve experienced so far!) she has put us at ease advising us on what would be within our best interest rather than hers or the company’s. Jodie doesn't live up to the bad reputation estate agents seem to have, he is very genuine and down to earth, and we were very comfortable to take his advice on selling our house. He is easy to have a conversation with and was always available when we had a question, we were frequently in contact from start to finish. He also helped us with advice on finding and buying somewhere new. He put together some fantastic marketing for us and sold our house within a week for over the asking price. We wouldn't use anyone else to sell our house in the future and recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!
