I just wanted to put pen to paper regarding the agency called Ewemove Estate Agent In York, who are the sole agency for renting out my apartment in York. I have mentioned before how pleased I am with this agency, and now again I must congratulate them regarding their fantastic Customer service, throughout this pandemic they have kept me up-to-date with regular information on their business and what they are doing to alleviate any problems during this crisis, Jonathan the branch director sends out regular videos which I think is a fantastic way of keeping you up-to-date with any information, specially keeping me in the loop on my apartment, If I have any queries I just email Ewemove/Jonathan and immediately I will get a reply which is usually in the format of a video chat which I believe is the way forward for businesses, it gives you that personal touch, so I would like to thank them once again for being what I think is one of, if not the best Estate agent n York for renting out apartments/flats/houses. Chloe is a fantastic Estate Agent who has taken us around 2 properties of interest in Haxby. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry really shines through and stood out for my partner and I. Chloe can answer any questions (I have many ad hoc) - exceptional service. As for Jonathan I think you’d say he’s officially an adopted Yorkshireman now having lived here for 15 years. Is there a better city to live and work in than York? We may be biased but we feel really privileged to be estate agents in York and just love living here. Are we property people? Yes of course, to a degree but being an Estate Agent isn’t just about property. I think we’d say, above all else we’re people people. The joy in being an Estate and Letting Agent is about helping people through the process, which often has a variety of circumstances attached. Guiding and hand holding clients through this process and being there for them all the way is where the real magic is.
