We had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Chloe was the estate agent and what we really valued was that she was the only person we had to deal with throughout. She made the initial visit and valuation. She then took the photos, created the material to go on to Rightmove and Zoopla; and then showed prospective buyers around - so her knowledge and feel of the house were second to none. Within three days, we had a buyer. From then on, due to Covid, the process was very slow, but apart from that , without a hitch. I know we were lucky, but Chloe did everything to make it a smooth and trouble free experience. And we got a good price for our house. So what's not to like?!
