The only nitpick I have is that our agent promised updates every 7-10 days, with the frequency increasing as we neared completion, except we went sometimes a week or two hearing nothing, and had to sometimes do the chasing up ourselves. I fully realise this was due to the seller's solicitor causing delays by going on holiday, however it would have been nice to have those 10-day updates after being promised such, even if there are no changes to report. However, this is a rather minor gripe, because when we did ring them up, they did update us right away, and Will was very courteous. We were treated very well overall. And one agent in particular, Kerri, went above and beyond by staying on late to hand me the keys to the house, because we were running late and the office had closed before we even reached town. Thank you Kerri and Will.

The agent who showed us around the house was obviously familiar with it and could answer all of our questions about the house and the area. That made the viewing so much more positive. Having instructed them, we were very pleased with the marketing. The virtual tour is a great feature and we had plenty of chance for input. They handled the offer process really well and have sales progressors to keep us in touch with progress. Moving house is a stressful time and finding an estate agent that helps reduce that rather than add to it is important.

Fantastic service from Starkings and Watson’s Wymondham branch. From the moment I enquired about a property they were selling to when my purchase had completed, the staff there kept me informed about everything that was happening and phoned me regularly with updates. Sarah from the sales progression team was absolutely amazing. Various aspects of the purchase were extremely frustrating and seemed to take forever to resolve, however, Sarah didn’t give up chasing solicitors, management companies etc. and eventually she got the job done!!
