I've not bought a property with Starkings & Watson, but I've had a great experience. They have been friendly and professional, taking my requirements into account. They have kept me updated and quick on responses, without bombarding me with irrelevant properties. It's made the home search a lot easier.

Great team of professionals. Loved the photos and especially the video tour that they created.

Samuel (the manager of the Wymondham office) worked hard on securing us a very good offer on our property, he spent two hours on the phone to the buyer. He and his team members (Amy and Kim) respond quickly to enquiries and are very flexible on viewing times. They all struck us as that rarest of things amongst estate agents- honest. Dominic the director took outstanding photos. And finally Natalie the sales progressor kept us up to date on progress at regular intervals. Our chain was a nightmare but both Samuel and Natalie advised us (correctly) to hang on in there. It has all now completed in a very difficult market and we are grateful to everyone at Starkings and Watson for the help they gave us.

I was really impressed with the photos and virtual tour that was created to sell my house. I liked that all rooms were covered and this meant that the viewers I received were already clear in room sizes, rather than attending due to deceptive photos and being disappointed. Due to this I had less viewings but sold on the second viewing! I also liked how all offers were communicated in writing and the Wymondham team were great at updating me on progress. Once sold I was passed to sales progression where Natalie and Will kept me regularly updated and went above and beyond to help chase the chain/solicitors when problems arose further down the chain. Overall I was very pleased with the service received and would use S&W again.
