From the moment I enquired about a property they were selling to when my purchase had completed, the staff there kept me informed about everything that was happening and phoned me regularly with updates. Sarah from the sales progression team was absolutely amazing. Various aspects of the purchase were extremely frustrating and seemed to take forever to resolve, however, Sarah didn’t give up chasing solicitors, management companies etc. and eventually she got the job done!!
