The only nitpick I have is that our agent promised updates every 7-10 days, with the frequency increasing as we neared completion, except we went sometimes a week or two hearing nothing, and had to sometimes do the chasing up ourselves. I fully realise this was due to the seller's solicitor causing delays by going on holiday, however it would have been nice to have those 10-day updates after being promised such, even if there are no changes to report. However, this is a rather minor gripe, because when we did ring them up, they did update us right away, and Will was very courteous. We were treated very well overall. And one agent in particular, Kerri, went above and beyond by staying on late to hand me the keys to the house, because we were running late and the office had closed before we even reached town.
