We used Starkings & Watson recently and I can highly recommend them. We chose them after viewing a house they had for sale. The agent who showed us around the house was obviously familiar with it and could answer all of our questions about the house and the area. That made the viewing so much more positive. Having instructed them, we were very pleased with the marketing. The virtual tour is a great feature and we had plenty of chance for input. They handled the offer process really well and have sales progressors to keep us in touch with progress. Moving house is a stressful time and finding an estate agent that helps reduce that rather than add to it is important.
