I have dealt with S&W while helping a family member search for a new home. The customer service and communication has been fantastic from all staff. New properties which meet criteria have been emailed before even on web, follow up calls made and feedback requested after viewings. I've been very impressed with their service and would consider using if selling.

Although we have not experienced a smooth move process- Sarah Short has been one of the only people in the process to provide us with regular and useful updates and she frequently went out of her way to progress things. Sarah- you've been awesome- thank you :)

Highly recommend! They were a friendly and professional team helping us from start to finish. As first time buyers they helped educate us in the process and consistently got back to us when we needed them. Speedy, Responsive and Reliable all the way!

Thankyou to Clare and the team who kept me sane through the last part of the process. When I left a message they rang back promptly. When it was time to collect the keys they waited at the shop was very welcoming , always polite through difficult times and kept us informed of the chain process .

We cannot thank Kerri, Claire and the team at the Starkings and Watson Wymondham and Norwich offices enough for all their work as part of the purchase of our new home. From arranging viewings, the offer acceptance and all things in between through to completion, the team always provided timely updates so we knew what was going on in the purchasing chain. It was a very stressful time, but I always felt reassured that we would get regular updates without chasing. Would definitely recommend the services of Starkings and Watson to anyone thinking of buying, selling or renting.
