Jan Walsh and the team were amazing from start to finish. We had unfortunately been unable to move into a different property with another estate agent just three days before we were due to get the keys. After hearing this, Jan went above and beyond to ensure we could move quickly — and we were in our new home within a week! Briscombe have excelled themselves this week for a neighbour of mine who struggles with mobility. I used Trading Places 5 years ago and got the impression then that nothing was more important to them than finding a suitable tenant for my house. It was the same this time. Steve produced a very good advertisement which was accurate, comprehensive and thoughtfully presented. Gary ensured that every email received a prompt reply, and all the necessary paperwork was produced without delay. Throughout they gave helpful advice. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Trading Places were very easy to deal with. Nice properties, knowledgable and friendly staff and most importantly no block viewings, BS or bidding wars! Would happily use and recommend them in future.

Briscombe provided an excellet personal service for the sale of my mothers house.The staff were friendly and helpful giving us regular updates on the people viewing the property. On our behalf they took on the onerous task of showing prospective purchasers around the property and giving us their feeedback. They have a good reputation for their knowledge of propereties in the area and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have just purchased a house with Briscombe’s. The sale took longer than expected due to solicitors and enquiries that dragged on but Jo was there every step of the way with advice and guidance. She was consistently professional, responded to queries in a timely manner and did her utmost to ensure the sale went through.
