The team at Briscombe were fantastic, from the very first appointment to have our property valued, right through to completion (& all the complications along the way!) Buying and selling a property can feel daunting and overwhelming, but the team (particularly Katie & Jo) were brilliant, providing support and clarification all the way. I highly recommend them.

The best estate agents I have ever dealt with when renting. Briscombe served as the middle man between myself and a tricky landlord and they were always fighting my corner and chasing on any issues and getting them picked up and resolved quickly. The application process to obtain our flat was straightforward, they were punctual and always polite and friendly to deal with, whereas a lot of the time when a flats being advertised the company don’t get back to you. When it came to moving out, unlike previous companies they didn’t try and rip me off with charges during the inspection to get a few quid out my deposit, they were honest and reviewed my comments and the full deposit was returned. I also received this quicker than ever before, which was a matter of a few days. Thank you to Jan, Laura and Mya for all your help over the last year and will hopefully rent with Briscombe again in the future.
