I brought my house through Trading Places in 2001. I have now just sold it through them as well. There are not words to describe how amazing Jen is. She is professional and an all round nice girl. So hard working and committed. She responds immediately and knows everything about selling a house. A thanks to Steve and Judith also. I would highly recommend Trading Places as an estate agent. I used to think estate agents didn’t do a lot 😁 but that is definitely not the case. Sad to leave Leytonstone after 34 years but up for another adventure. Thanks all.

I’ve lived in a property managed by Trading Places led by Gary Butler for nearly 7 years and I have never dealt with anyone better. With this increasingly challenging rental market, they’ve been very fair and extremely loyal, which has made it very easy for me to continue my tenancy with them. The maintenance team led by Kevin Butler is very efficient; making sure any issues are dealt with promptly!

I can’t recommend Briscombe highly enough. Katie gave very good advice during the sale but Jo in particular helped me through what was a very stressful process. Nothing was too much trouble.

Five years ago, Jen from Trading Places sold us our beautiful house. We were very happy there, but a change in circumstances, meant that we had to sell that house and buy another one, this time again, through Jen and Trading Places. Jen managed to sell our house in one day!!! We are now in our dream house and it is all thanks to her! I highly highly recommend them!

We recently sold our house through Trading places and had the best experience with Jennifer as our agent. We initially had a few valuations from different Leytonstone agents in the same area, and we even had one in mind to use that wasn't Trading Places. But when Jennifer came to value our property she shared our concern about the whole process including leaving our home and the area. She set us at ease and showed us the human element to the sale rather than it simply being a business transaction. A buyer was found very quickly after it was put on the market, and even though our own purchase fell through 3 times, Jennifer remained so patient with us and somehow kept our own buyer in the chain.
