The best estate agents I have ever dealt with when renting. Briscombe served as the middle man between myself and a tricky landlord and they were always fighting my corner and chasing on any issues and getting them picked up and resolved quickly. The application process to obtain our flat was straightforward, they were punctual and always polite and friendly to deal with, whereas a lot of the time when a flats being advertised the company don’t get back to you. When it came to moving out, unlike previous companies they didn’t try and rip me off with charges during the inspection to get a few quid out my deposit, they were honest and reviewed my comments and the full deposit was returned. I also received this quicker than ever before, which was a matter of a few days.
