I would like to leave only positive feedback about the Briscombe agency. From the very beginning, all the office staff were flexible and willing to do their best for us. I especially want to thank Johanna Smith. This agent did an incredible job. She was always in touch with us, explaining all bits and pieces, offering advice, helping, and looking for the best options and solutions that were relevant for us. She gave us a lot of tips and useful suggestions. I want to say a big thank you to her for all the work she did. We moved into our new home on time and with no issues. Thank you so much to everyone.

Briscombe made buying our first home a really enjoyable process. They felt like a really honest estate agents in comparison to others we had dealings with. We’ve just completed on our lovely new home in Worsley and can’t thank Briscombe enough for all their support throughout the process. Special mention to Jo, the Sales Progression Manager, who was superb from start to finish, always on top of the details, keeping us updated, and going the extra mile to keep things moving. The best estate agents I have ever dealt with when renting. Briscombe served as the middle man between myself and a tricky landlord and they were always fighting my corner and chasing on any issues and getting them picked up and resolved quickly. The application process to obtain our flat was straightforward, they were punctual and always polite and friendly to deal with, whereas a lot of the time when a flats being advertised the company don’t get back to you. When it came to moving out, unlike previous companies they didn’t try and rip me off with charges during the inspection to get a few quid out my deposit, they were honest and reviewed my comments and the full deposit was returned. I also received this quicker than ever before, which was a matter of a few days. Thank you to Jan, Laura and Mya for all your help over the last year and will hopefully rent with Briscombe again in the future.

Going through the thoughts of no where to live. Briscombe Nutter & Staff have supported me from beginning to end with the viewing to giving me my keys. Laura and Jan have been absolutely amazing and this I am very grateful.. Having been a tenant with them in the past this is the reason I decided I wanted to find a property with them..
