"It has got to be a big 5* for ..."

It has got to be a big 5* for Steve from Northwood who helped me find the perfect property. He listened to exactly what It was I was ideally looking for and showed me relevant properties. With the market being so fast paced at the moment and properties being snapped up so quickly, he even showed me one that hadn&rsquo;t been released to market yet as it matched everything I was looking for, this is the property I am In now and I absolutely love it. Thank you Steve!! :-)

Alteration to rent payment

I requested a change to my monthly payment date and the Agents were able to deal with the matter quickly and to my satisfaction. A friendly and professional approach throughout.

With a lot of renter experience under my belt, the quality of agents can make or break an experience. So far so good with the Worcester Northwood Team. They respond quickly by email or telephone and, so far, pretty impressed with their service and professionalism.

I am a landlord and the fully

I am a landlord and the fully managed service that Northwood (Worcester branch) provide is excellent. They deal with everything, I am just contacted when any approval for work etc is needed. This makes everything so easy and effortless for me - well worth the money. The staff are super helpful and go above and beyond.
