With the help of Northwoods we found out first rental home! They found us our perfect home, in our desired location. Everyone we have spoken to on the team have been excellent and professional, Ellie, Ant and Steve to name a few! I can???t recommend this estate agents enough, they are professional yet personable. You can tell how much passion and care goes into finding their clients the right homes. A special thank you to Steve for finding the property and for also putting up with so many questions (we know we had quite a few!) your reassurance and knowledge made us feel so comfortable moving at such a busy time of the year. A special mention also to Ellie, for being a friendly face and also answering so many other questions we had, we couldn???t have done it with out you!

I have recently left a property that was managed by Northwood Worcester. The team there have always been professional and courteous . Any problems were quickly dealt with. When checking out Sarah Pinfold & Anthony Arnold was very helpful with the whole process .

Staff don’t respond to your emails and when they finally do, they lie about properties no longer being available, despite still advertising them online. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email. Staff would benefit from attending a customer service/engagement course.

Avoid this place, rented with them for a year and had cold showers for most of my tenancy and it was not resolved despite multiple emails and calls. Worst renting experience of my life and I’ve rented with 5-6 agencies.
