Hi Reddevilfan (love the name!), thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback and for your positive comments. It is especially pleasing to see you have rated out tenant fee as "Good". There is much in the media at the moment about tenant fees generally and some other companies charge over £600 for a couple to take a tenancy. Our fee is £200 including VAT for up to 2 adults as you know. I hope you are both settling in well to your new home in WR1 and hope you will be very happy there. Best wishes.
