Recommend them without

I have dealt with other Agents with mixed experience. Northwood's advertisement was accurate and detailed. I have found them helpful, the staff are very positive, professional & personable making the rental of my current abode a relaxed and easy experience I could recommend them without reserve.

Sad to be

I have rented through Northwood for the past 2 years, at a pivotal point in my life. All staff have been polite, helpful and understanding, and have attended to any matters promptly. I have been pleasantly surprised and reassured throughout the tenancy, and will be sad to be leaving (however we have outgrown the property!!)

Excellent

We were delighted with the service we received from Northwood. As â€œnewbiesâ€ renting our first flat it was such a relief to be dealing with such a friendly and helpful team, who were on hand to answer all our questions and to make the whole process as straight-forward as possible. What made Northwood stand out from other agents was their great customer service and â€œhumanâ€ approach to the application process. Jon, Robert and Sarah and the rest of the team do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to move in the Worcester area. Hope to deal with them again in the future.

Professional, friendly

I cannot reccomend Northwood enough. Every step of the way, the staff have been helpful, supportive and nothing has ever been too much. Everything has been handled professionally, but in such a friendly manner too. Every time we have contacted each other regarding the property, things have been dealt with swiftly and in a positive way.

I have been a tenant for Northwood for over 2 years now. Their service is very professional and thorough. Always someone to speak to if there is a problem. Harriet is very friendly, approachable and helpful. I have nothing but good words and would advice to anyone looking to rent.

Great estate agents - highly

Such a professional service. No complaints whatsoever, moving home is a stressful business but Northwood provide a service that removes some of the 'back of the mind' worries (such as electricity suppliers / council tax) that make a genuine difference to the experience. Couldn't recommend them enough

A* Service from start to

Thanks to Northwood who dealt with our tenancy arrangements in a quick and professional manner. All correspondence was dealt with quickly, even allowing us into the property to measure space for white good prior to moving in. The inventory was very thorough and provided us with an extensive range of photographs and written text. We wouldn't hesitate to use this estate agents in the future again.

Great Customer

I highly recommend Northwood. Great customer service and Rob was very quick to sort out any problems in the flat. All staff were lovely to deal with and made me feel like I was in safe hands, so thank you for helping me get settled in so quickly.

Great

Ive rented with northwood for 3 years now and i have to say the guys at northwood are friendly and great to deal with. Harriet responds to requests/questions fast and is always helpful. The communication is great. I would reccomend!!
