We were delighted with the service we received from Northwood. As “newbies” renting our first flat it was such a relief to be dealing with such a friendly and helpful team, who were on hand to answer all our questions and to make the whole process as straight-forward as possible. What made Northwood stand out from other agents was their great customer service and “human” approach to the application process. Jon, Robert and Sarah and the rest of the team do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to move in the Worcester area. Hope to deal with them again in the future.
