We've rented properties (as tenants) through several different agents and Andrew Grant were definitely the best. Through the application process, moving in, living at the property and moving out, they - Chloe (from Worcester) and Ellie (from Solihull) - were professional, helpful and honest. We always leave houses in perfect condition and this was the first time we haven't had any frustrating squabbles about dirt/damage that was there before we moved in. I strongly believe that letting agents fees are far, far too high - it's outrageous that tenants should have to pay several hundred pounds to secure a property. Andrew Grant are unfortunately no exception to this. So I suppose we had paid a high price for the good service that we received!
Ms. Eaton was our contact person since we came to our current tenancy. In all dealings we had with her, she was always very polite, efficient and helpful. We hope she will never loose these qualities! 4 stars instead of 5, because there should always be room for improvement, but we did not find any fault in her professional conduct.
Chloe was more than helpful with maintenance issues that we had. She understood the issues we had and tried hurrying things along as much as it was possible from her side. Would definitely want her as our property manager again if we rented a property through Andrew Grant again.
Natalie is always helpful and professional in my dealings with her as a landlord.
This is mine & my partners first experience of renting & although we had some ups and downs during the first stage of moving in. Andrew Grant have helped us through & are always there for advise. Natalie Eaton is very professional & always helps us wherever she can and is very competent at her job. Very pleased.

Very quick and helpful, although in our opinion attention to detail not a strong point of the person dealing with us. Getting our names wrong and posting our purchase details to the wrong address. Which our neighbour opened, the letter contained all our details including solicitor, purchase price, property details etc. When complaining I just got 'sorry for the admin error' which I don't think is good enough! As this is a data protection issue.
My property portfolio was moved to Grants through acquisition of my previous letting agents in Redditch. I have found the team to be polite on all occasions where we have communicated. Unfortunately there have been so many different names that I hear from or get calls from that I actually do not know who and where the actual responsibilities for my properties sits with. There appears to be a lack of communication of information between people and my tenants appear to have mixed feelings about the service they are receiving. I will say that their ability to find new tenants seems very good and that process appears to be working very well. I do not live locally to my properties and have not been able to meet with the team so all communications are via phone or email. It would be useful just to have an updated list of names and responsibilities for my properties that I can utilise and for this to be maintained and updated as staff move on or change roles.
