Experience has been delightful
As a first time buyer, we were concerned while dealing with other local agents in Kidlington and our experience was not that great with others. When a property came out on the market from Breckon & Breckon, we were skeptical initially but Simeon really helped us understand the process and guided us throughout along with pushing the other party to get the deal done quicker. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency and will go back to them for my property needs in the future.

Everything you want and need in an estate agent...
I'm happy to have the opportunity to reccomend the team at Breckon & Breckon in Woodstock. Three years ago I purchased my property through them and received a refreshingly high level of service and support thoughout. I recently had to sell and move from the same property and went back to them without hesitation. Again I experienced excellent knowledge, advice, communication and a rapid sale all on favourable terms. Best esatate agent experience I've had!
As a first time buyer I wasn't sure what I should really be doing when purchasing a property but Breckon & Breckon made the whole experience much easier than I imagined from start to finish. I had looked at a number of properties with other estate agents and felt quite harassed by the experience which isn't what I wanted for such a monumentous (in my opinion) event. As soon as I showed an interest in my current flat Breckon & Breckon were helpful, polite and didn't bully me in to making rash decisions or make me feel uncomfortable. The agents I saw were always really helpful, even when we had to move exchange and completion dates around a lot due to the tenant in the property. When I come to sell my flat Breckon & Breckon will certainly be my first port of call to do so.

Straightforward purchase
I recently purchased a property through Breckon & Breckon in Woodstock. Everyone at the office was very helpful right the way from the first viewing through to day of completion. Negotiations were handled sensibly and I never felt under any undue pressure. Communication was spot on. Thank you Simeon, Cheryl and Martyn. I am very happy in my new home! Highly recommend.

Helpful and professional throughout
I found Simeon and the team very easy to deal with and with a minimum of bureaucracy. I particularly valued Simeon's advice on the state of the market, it was somehow reassuring to know that he didn't know why our property was taking a long time to sell! Unlike other agents he wasn't on at me every 5 minutes to lower the price and in the end we got what we wanted and expected.

Would recommend!

Not like some other estate agents: in a good way!
We found Breckon & Breckon in Woodstock great to deal with. Negotiations were handled professionally and quickly. As a buyer we appreciated not being hassled unnecessarily. They quickly identified that we knew the process and stepped back accordingly, however were readily available to us when we did have a query. Most importantly, we bought and so I assume the seller was happy too! If I was selling I would recommend them.

Pleasure to deal with!
We recently had to re-market our property due to a tenant suddenly leaving early. This could have proved extremely difficult for us, but Suzanne took charge, remarketed, and found us a tenant very quickly. She was always very helpful and informative, and keen to make things run smoothly for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Breckons and Suzanne.

A very personal approach
I enjoyed dealing with Simeon and the team at Breckon. They are professional and committed without being pushy. During my sale they worked hard on my behalf and steered me in the right direction while always respecting my preferences. I was never made to feel like 'just another client'. It's that personal approach that leads me to recommend them without hesitation. My move went well and that is in large part thanks to the team at Breckon's dedication, knowledge and personal support.
