I cannot recommend Element Properties highly enough. If you are looking for an agent in the area then you should look no further - they are truly exceptional and you will never regret this decision. Until I had the good fortune to purchase a flat through them, I had no idea that the estate agent played a role in a successful transaction - I thought that they were basically a shop window and their role was done when the offer was accepted. How wrong I was. I have now learned that the estate agent is a bigger factor than any other in a successful transation. On this basis they have been outstanding and it is absolutely impossible to fault anything that they have said or done. The level of service has been truly spectacular. George and his team have been incredibly proactive in moving the purchase forward, providing skilled support and wisdom to both me and the vendor in order to set everything up for success. When we had unexpected difficulties, George not only dropped everything to help us iron them out but always gave knowledgeable advice that turned out to be right every single time. There have been a few times when it looked as though we were at risk of not being able to go forward - and every single time George has been proactive in gripping the problem and helped us to find a solution together that worked for everyone. He could not have had my interests more at heart and I know that the vendor would also say the same thing - he is a brilliant negotiator who knows exactly how to make a transaction successful and leave all parties feeling happy and relieved. I also can't fault the charm and customer service ethic of Element Properties. Every time I have needed to contact them, George or one of his colleagues has come back in an instant to provide the support needed with a big smile. I have never felt like a source of trouble to them even though I am sure that sometimes I must have been! Above all they have proven themselves to be 100% trustworthy and it has been a true partnership. I am now hoping to stay in my new flat for many years, but if the time does come to move then I know exactly where to go.
