Element Properties

We had a really great experience selling our flat with Element. They were always contactable and transparent. We'd definitely use Element again and recommend to anyone in the area.

George and Hiten have been fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process of selling our flat they have been professional, patient, friendly and approachable and always available to lend advice. I would highly recommend their services.

Efficient, highly professional, polite, quick and effective communication and work tirelessly to get the job done. This estate agency business is the best I have used in London for both sales and rentals. Refreshing fast response approach with easy to use processes. Highly recommended. Amazing team.

Couldnt have asked for a better service, from the first meeting they were honest, upfront, reliable and super helpful. We even had an offer within one week of advertising! Im very busy but they were always really helpful with reminding us what to do and when with regards to sending documents and exchanging etc. Highly recommend!

Hiten and the team were so great from the start to finish of our property purchase. The process ended up being a bit more complicated than expected but thanks to Hiten’s assistance it was all able to go ahead and we love our new home! When we look to sell, we would definitely work with Hiten and the team at Element Properties.

I am so pleased that I decided to use Elements to rent out my property. They were very efficient and thorough, with excellent communication and a very friendly approach. My property was quickly rented and I can now relax, knowing that they will take care of its management efficiently.

Ejiro was so incredibly kind and helpful, he made what can be a stressful process easy and simple. He was super accommodating in scheduling viewings, detailed in logistics in sorting the lease, and patient with my many questions. Highly recommend working with Ejiro and Element for a smooth process!

Hiten and the team could not have done more to push our sale forward. They were super quick to respond, very professional and most of all very trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

An honest, helpful and fair team which truly stands out in the world of estate agents. I've experienced them on the sales side as a buyer, and have never felt over-sold or pushed. Highly recommend.

Such exceptional customer service and handling of everything we needed to move in ! They have been great from the start and so happy to have them looking after us.
