Element Properties

Hiten at Element Properties was superb at every stage. Lots of open communication and when issues arose he was a calming influence to keep proceedings on track. Delightful and polite to deal with and a very smooth transaction for my purchase. Many thanks! Would highly recommend based on my experience.

Element really worked hard for us and provided an exceptional personalised service, excellent communications and top quality advice. They are exceptionally nice people to deal with and operate with the highest levels of integrity going above and beyond normal levels of service.

Element were incredible from the first minute to the last. I would happily recommend their services to anybody. They provide a bespoke, professional, supportive end to end service. George and his team went over and above to ensure all angles were covered. Hard to beat.

We have had such a great experience with this agency. A huge shout out to Josh for helping us find our new lovely home and making the process so easy! Would highly recommend Element properties.

We rented a property through Element Properties and couldn't recommend them enough ! So different from other agents we have dealt with in London. Josh was always on hand for any questions we had and made our move in process seamless. Thank you!

I would have to genuinely compliment that Josh and element properties is my best rental experience in London. Josh was the most professional and warm-hearted agent you could ever meet. The house is superb and we secured it very smoothly. I would definitely rent again here and recommend my friends. Thank you guys so much.
