Element Properties

Element Properties have been a great agent for a tenant moving throughout the rental process - the team are clear in their communications, responsive, and friendly. Thanks to Ejiro and the team for all of your help!

I am extremely happy with Element Property services. Everywent went very smoothly, the waiting times were minimal. Special thanks to George for helping me and my partner find a flat in an lovely place!

I used their services a few weeks ago to find new tenants and they provided excellent, "21st century" service and very sound advise. Josh and Ejiro were super responsive which makes all the difference. Thank you!

Hiten and George at Element properties were excellent in guiding us through our purchase. Communication was great and we are very happy in our new home.

As a landlord I was absolutely delighted with the service from Josh and Element - a new tenancy is increasingly complex these days but each time there was a new hurdle they found a solution to make it a painless and seamless transaction.

Josh and the team were super helpful throughout the whole process. Great communication, before moving in and since we’ve been in the flat. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.

The service was really fast and easy. The employees are very kind and nice and most importantly very responsive. I do definitely recommend!

Refreshingly warm but very efficient service - not the usual estate agent experience. Highly recommended.

I’m really happy to find nee property with them! They are really kind, friendly and quick response! 10 out of 10;)
