Communication was professional and friendly at all times. Prior to sale, updates on viewings had to be sought at times, but they were informative and offered good insight. Once a sale had been agreed, there was good tracking of the progress of the process and updates were very timely. An accurate estimate of timescales was given and maintained. Living overseas, I needed some additional logistical help at times, and I was given full support and help as required. A successful completion was achieved, and within 3 months of accepting an offer.
