Curchod's visited the property I was selling, told me what its worth and their commission rate. Within two weeks they had an open day and almost got the asking price they suggested. The property sale was completed in two months. The property was almost marketed with another large woking estate agent but they played games in order to increase their commission rate. Curchods on the other hand were honest and professionally all the way through. So I would definitely recommend them.

Selling a house is tough going but Lee and especially Mark made it a very good experience, even with difficult decisions to make and the complexity of covid. Clear, useful advice and guidance, pleasant and short and timely responses to queries, and effective chasing and speedy action. Would work with them again, and found the service very professional.
