Curchods were brilliant, from our initial enquiry and viewing with Sarah until point of exchange they remained helpful, professional and actually listened to us (unlike a lot of other local agents that we had been dealing with). Sarah was also the only agent that offered to help us measure and was very knowledgable about the local area. Mario was great and kept us updated throughout and always came back to us very promptly. This made us feel a lot more relaxed and secure with our purchase than we would have done if we had used another agent. Chris the mortgage broker was fantastic and helped us find the right product for us, again he was very knowledgeable and came back to us very promptly. If you want a smooth sale and professional agent I would definitely recommend Curchods and would use them again.

His honest and insightful comments really made the world of difference, and his openness about the property, potential improvements etc was impressive. Sandfield Primary School would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Curchods who have helped with sponsorship for our Summer and Christmas Fair this year. We are a tiny one form entry school in the heart of Guildford town centre and struggle for funding and support from local businesses.
