Mark and other team members were exceptional, keeping us informed throughout. Living over 350 mile round trip away, our requests were more challenging than most. Mark found a purchaser after several false starts. As an unoccupied property, the insurance cover requirements are difficult when living at a distance. However, we were reassured when Mark agreed to regularly check the property for security - lights functioning on a timed system, heating adequate, no water leaks, removing junk mail from letter box etc. Whatever requests we made Mark always had a solution. All the personnel in the Woking office work as a team, passing on messages when Mark was unavailable and we had confidence that calls would be returned. We would definitely recommend Curchods.
