We had a great experience with Curchods, and particularly Mark, who guided us through purchasing our first home. Fast and efficient but also sparing the time to make sure we knew what was going on at each state. Chris was also extremely helpful in brokering our mortgage and ensured we were fully aware of the process and varying benefits available. All in all a brilliant experience.

I found the sale of my flat to be professionally handled. I was at all times kept up to date with progress and the sale went through smoothly. Delighted with the service given by Mark Stanbridge and I would certainly use the company branch again and would personally recommend if you are looking for a reliable estate agent.

Top bloke - Mr Bob Wells My wife and I have been looking at properties in Woking for a month or so and as we're not familiar with the area Mr Wells was very helpful, accommodating, extremely polite, professional, unbiased and just a top bloke. He knows the area well, familiar the property thats being viewed, answers all the questions and more importantly knew how to make us feel comfortable.

So far so good! Very pleased with the service from Curchods so far, and especially from Mark Stanbridge, and Justin, having marketed and achieved a number of full asking price offers for our home in very short order. We are still part way through the process but everyone I have dealt with has been extremely diligent in their communications and help, and I have great confidence in all the team in supporting us through the process and hopefully to a successful completion.

They were really quick to get my property up and the service from the get go from everyone is professional but very approachable. They have helped me sell my property and gave me useful advice during the process which is still ongoing. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!
