Mark Stanbridge was our agent and he was as professional as one can be throughout the process. He was engaging when a new property came on to the market via regular emails. Once we liked the property and put on an offer, he was very forthcoming and engaging in the negotiation process. His role was instrumental during the conveyancing process. He would regularly follow up and patiently handle any queries from both parties. There were occasions when we needed extra support to push seller/ solictors to engage into effective communication and Mark would never disappoint. The process was long but may have taken longer had we not had his support. Mark is calm, patient and not pushy as some agents may get.
