First class service from valuation from John, to viewings with the rest of the staff and agreed sale of the property within 3 weeks of putting on the market. Property was marketed at the right price to the right people.

Having found our perfect house with Breckon & Breckon all office staff were courteous and efficient. The journey to exchange of contracts was complicated but John Bouwer was the only estate agent in the chain that kept on top of the situation & informed everyone of any updates. His professionalism, efficiency & perseverance got us the house of our dreams and we can never thank him enough.

The problems down the chain were not of your doing but you showed great patience and understanding whilst John whipped the other transactions (and agents!) into place. Our client was getting frustrated, that is true, but as John made sure he knew everything about every link, including the financial arrangements of other buyers, he managed to persuade them to hold on. Our clients, (the previous owners) were also very, very patient when many others would have given up!

Breckon and Breckon estate agents were very proactive in finding houses for us to view at short notice which were in line with our requests.
