We sold our house with Witney Breckon & Breckon after looking into all the options. We decided that they could offer us an existing customer base and selling expertise. I am so glad we did, they were super friendly and professional throughout and kept us sane! Even after the offer and leading up to exchange and completion Danielle and the team remained engaged and interested in the whole process. Fast efficient and fully engaged. Definitely recommend.

We recently sold two adjoining properties and were so pleased that we chose Breckon & Breckon as sole agents. Especial thanks go to Adam Wilkins at the Witney Office, who worked tirelessly on our behalf throughout the whole experience. He was kind, courteous and extremely professional from the initial presentation and valuation through to completion of the sales. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us informed of every update. The properties were marketed and sold incredibly quickly and the entire process went really smoothly thanks to his expertise and local knowledge. There's a reason why Breckon & Breckon are successful and it's because they keep a firm grip on the sale progress and absolutely make customer service the priority. Why did we chose Breckon & Breckon to sell our house? I'd merely suggest that we sold in around six weeks in a very difficult market, negotiated the price that we really needed and were kept fully updated throughout. They proactively went out into the market and cold-called prospects to tell them about our house, then setup viewings. Rather than flood us with viewers, they qualified only people that wanted our type or property and were in a good position to proceed. All of the team at this branch were fully aware of every aspect of our sale and returned calls within a short time or even called around to see us. On the road where we used to live, all of the properties (handled by B&B) have sold, but the other agents have not (at the time of writing). When it comes to selling your most valuable asset, I think it's a wise decision to engage a company that acts in your best interest at all times. Sarah and John, thank you both for the tremendous work you did.

Danielle and the team at Breckon & Breckon when above and beyond to help me move into my first house, they constantly kept me in the loop with the process and explained every detail of what was happening. Danielle got involved with solicitors in a complicated chain and pushed for the earliest exchange/ completion date. I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent and would recommend Breckon and Breckon to anyone.

I have dealt with a few estate agents and I can honestly say that Breckon & Breckon (Witney Branch) have been far superior in every respect. From the very outset it was obvious that they took pride in their jobs, knew the business inside out and had the patience, understanding and knowledge to allow me to have the utmost confidence in what they were doing. What a good decision it was to appoint Breckon & Breckon Witney to sell my house, after an initial disappointing 9 months with my first agent. Adam was my main contact and could not have been more professional, engaged, friendly and sympathetic with what was quite a difficult and emotional sale. Adam was always enthusiastic, positive and understanding and gave outstanding service, always returned my calls promptly and continued to give his support through to completion and beyond.
