The selling of a house is a very stressful experience but Breckon and Breckon made the whole experience painless. Sarah Thomas was the lady who looked after everything for us. If I ever have need of an estate agent without any doubt Breckon and Breckon are the best in Witney and Sarah Thomas would be the best agent you could have. So many thanks to the team.

Breckon and Breckon Witney branch John was very proffesional and kept us in the loop the whole way through our sale. This became especially relevant as our sale was not straight forward. Also all the people who showed our house were friendly and took time to find out about our house.

I used Breckon and Breckon after meeting their photographer, Can, who was doing some great brochure photos for a friend. The process of getting the house on the market was smooth thanks to Julia and Alicia, and the team were very professional, with attention to detail. Following a few well-organised viewings, I had an offer at asking price. The team worked tirelessly in what turned out to be a more involved chain due to an overseas lender. The information between solicitors was sparse and sometimes just absent. Breckon filled all the gaps and kept the chain together. So huge thanks to Danielle, Sarah and branch manager John for sustained efforts to get this over the line (today!).

Cannot praise enough the excellent level of service, support and attentiveness both Jeremy and Vicki consistently demonstrated in getting our amazing new home purchase over the line. John, Danielle, Sarah and the Witney team worked very hard to bring a complex and lengthy selling process to a successful conclusion. Communication with our buyers was frustrated by their being out of the country for much of the time, but John and his people kept up the pressure to ensure an eventual happy outcome. We moved to Sussex where B&B do not have any offices, but the Witney staff gave us invaluable advice over the properties we were considering. All round, an excellent service; not the cheapest, but from experiences we had with other agents, you get what you pay for. Should the opportunity arise, we would not hesitate in using them again. A good job - well done!

John and the team have been incredible from the moment we viewed the property, negotiated the purchase price right up until they came to the house with our new front door key and a bottle of prosecco and card. Excellent service and this is coming from a buyer! If/when we are ready to tackle this process again, we will be sure to ask Breckon & Breckon to sell our property for us. They kept us posted during the whole process. Thanks again Witney office, you have been amazing!

Fabulous experience - working with John and his team to buy our forever home was a real pleasure. He was great at keeping us and the vendors connected and certainly gave the impression he genuinely cared about our purchase.
