We were impressed with Breckon's service from the very first valuation and believe they went above and beyond for us. We genuinely don't think we would have achieved our sale and purchase without their help and guidance. A special mention goes to Adam but also John and Danielle for all their hard work and all the Witney team. Meeting us at our new home on moving day with a bottle of bubbles was a special touch. Breckon and Breckon were fantastic. Sold our house within the month of putting it on the market and kept us up to date with both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house which they also managed. Jeremy, Tobias, Tim and Sarah did a great job and we would definitely use them again in the future. It had a friendly family feel yet stayed professional.

Estate Agents do not always get a good press and our experience with some others in the West Oxfordshire area seemed to justify this reputation. This was definitely not the case with Breckon & Breckon Witney. John and his team provided first class attention to detail with prompt correspondence plus courteous assistance and guidance for all our viewings and eventual purchase. Many many thanks.

We sold our house with Witney Breckon & Breckon after looking into all the options. We decided that they could offer us an existing customer base and selling expertise. I am so glad we did, they were super friendly and professional throughout and kept us sane! Even after the offer and leading up to exchange and completion Danielle and the team remained engaged and interested in the whole process. Fast efficient and fully engaged. Definitely recommend.

There's a reason why Breckon & Breckon are successful and it's because they keep a firm grip on the sale progress and absolutely make customer service the priority. Why did we chose Breckon & Breckon to sell our house? I'd merely suggest that we sold in around six weeks in a very difficult market, negotiated the price that we really needed and were kept fully updated throughout. They proactively went out into the market and cold-called prospects to tell them about our house, then setup viewings. Rather than flood us with viewers, they qualified only people that wanted our type or property and were in a good position to proceed. All of the team at this branch were fully aware of every aspect of our sale and returned calls within a short time or even called around to see us. On the road where we used to live, all of the properties (handled by B&B) have sold, but the other agents have not (at the time of writing). When it comes to selling your most valuable asset, I think it's a wise decision to engage a company that acts in your best interest at all times. Sarah and John, thank you both for the tremendous work you did.

Having wasted some 6 months with a national estate agent we decided to use Breckon & Breckon in Witney. What a great move that proved to be as John Bouwer and his team where very professional and a delight to deal with throughout the sale of our property. We can't recommend them to highly!

Danielle and the team at Breckon & Breckon when above and beyond to help me move into my first house, they constantly kept me in the loop with the process and explained every detail of what was happening. Danielle got involved with solicitors in a complicated chain and pushed for the earliest exchange/ completion date. I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent and would recommend Breckon and Breckon to anyone.
