My partner and I recently purchased our first home using Breckon and Breckon Witney and found them to be great. During viewings, B&B were certainly more professional than other estate agents in the Witney area. As first time buyers, we found the process relatively straight forward and appreciated unprompted explanations at certain points. We also appreciated receiving information from the seller via the estate agent informally as this was significantly quicker than via the solicitor. We'd recommend B&B Witney anytime, and thank John and the team for all the time and effort spent pushing the purchase through, particularly during a global pandemic 👍

We had a very positive experience purchasing our property through Breckon and Breckon. John was always on hand, right from our first viewing to the moment we completed on the purchase. Striking the perfect balance between tenacity and patience, he was invaluable in supporting the purchase process, going above and beyond in liaising with other relevant parties and moving things forward efficiently and professionally. Given that we were buying during the Covid-19 pandemic, it could not have been a more challenging time to be buying and selling. However, John made the whole process much less stressful and we always felt we could call on his support. If ever we sell our home, then we will be looking to Breckon and Breckon again to take us through the process.

I had the sad situation of having to sell my fathers property after his death. I was recommended Breckon & Breckon by a friend of my fathers who has used them before. The service I received was second to non! Absolutely amazing service by John Bouwer who was very professional, made sure there were plenty of viewings, always kept in touch with updates and advice, always so pleasant and helpful. The property is now in exchange, and we are waiting for completion. I have had expert guidance through the minefield that is the selling of properties from John Bouwer who has been most charming, professional, and good humoured. He made an emotional situation easier to bear. I live over a 100 miles away and he made things so much easier for me. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend Breckon and Breckon Estes agent’s definitely.
